  • Building and Rooms are accessed by codes ( given after documents verified)

  • Please ask Clients to press No. 6 on the key pad when they arrive. The office phone/intercom in the room will ring and you can let them in.

  • Please ask clients to arrive on time, if the weather is unkind they are welcome to wait outside the room.

  • Room bookings are for 1 hour, these are 50 minute sessions ONLY, you are expected to leave at 55 past the hour. If you require a full 60 minutes you must book a 2 hour time slot. If you have not opened the door to leave by 55 past the hour, the next therapist  may respectfully tap on the door. Clarification, start on the hour - end session 50 past - 5 minutes to leave the room - new therapist will have 5 minutes to set up for their session.

  • No FOOD in the rooms. There is water provided for you and clients. As I know some clients may bring in their own drinks (Starbucks while waiting) please be mindful if there are any spills. Do not throw drinks with liquids into the trashes inside the room. These can be thrown away in the main trash as they are leaving the building.

  • There will be a white noise machine in the office, you can place it in the hallway to provide privacy for your clients.

  • There is paid parking in front of the building, additional in a multi story car park around the corner and paid parking at the broadway parking lot.

  • There are toilets and a small kitchen on the premises for use

  • There is a light, however, we encourage the use of the lamps to provide a lovely warm feel to the room. The window is not accessible to reach by hand. We are looking into finding a mechanism that will allow you to open it up as needed. We have a fan and in summer an A/C to cool.

  • Do NOT leave dirty glasses on the cabinet at any time. After clients please wash and return glasses. There will be products to wash and dry in a cabinet for you to use.
